In your PowerPoint presentation:

Discuss the current improved operability goals.
Identify the seven phases of the system-development life cycle. Note: This is the system-development life cycle (SDLC), not a software life cycle.
Explain the role of the following internal stakeholders of the project (a stakeholder is an individual who may affect or who may be affected by the new system):
The provider (doctor and nurse practitioner)
The practice manager
The biller or coders
The clinical support staff (the LPNs)
Describe why the replacement system should meet the current Health IT Certification criteria.
Explain the current Medicare program requirements for improved operability, as defined by Medicare.
Create a communication plan for the conversion from the current system to the proposed system (who, what, when, where, and how).
Develop a template for just-in-time training for implementation of the new system. Include in your plan who does what, when and how.
