textbook), and going to the park or a
spa. It must NOT be anything related to
school coursework or your job. You will
then journal each week about the
experience (reflection) and how it
relates to what you are learning about
stress, crisis, coping skills, self-care, and
supporting a “Healthy Nurse, Healthy
Nation™”.
